Zivi Launches Zyra: The Next-Generation Agentic AI Platform for Autonomous Vehicle Care

With the launch of Zyra—our new generation of autonomous "Digital Workers"—we are setting a new standard for how smart and sustainable vehicle care is coordinated and executed.

Insights – The First Digital Worker

As the debut member of the Zyra family, we are introducing the agent Insights. Insights serves as a digital engine that automates complex, cross-system workflows and is already being used successfully within our internal operations.

By acting autonomously, Insights can:

  • Optimize Resource Flows and Shorten Lead Times: Insights coordinates tasks between our mobile delivery model and in-house solutions in real-time. For customers, this means dramatically shorter lead times and a faster flow throughout the entire service chain.

  • Maximize Uptime and Profitability: For Fleet and Mobility customers, the agent proactively identifies service needs to minimize downtime. Within the Automotive segment, Insights creates opportunities for increased upselling, directly strengthening the gross margin per vehicle sold.

  • Drive Sustainability in Practice: By streamlining the logistics behind our waterless services, we reduce both CO₂-emissions and water consumption, while simultaneously helping our customers achieve their own ambitious environmental goals.
