Zivi Joins Collective Agreement with the Swedish Confederation of Transport Enterprises with the Swedish Transport Workers’ Union as a Counterparty
Zivi continues to enhance its commitment to sustainable and responsible working conditions by signing a collective agreement with the Swedish Transport Workers’ Union. This decision is part of the company’s long-term strategy to ensure the highest standards for both employees and customers.
This initiative builds upon Zivi’s ISO certifications according to ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) and ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management), clearly emphasizing the company’s focus on quality and sustainability at every level.
"Signing a collective agreement is a natural step in our development and an important signal to our customers and partners. It demonstrates that Zivi is a stable and responsible player that prioritizes both our employees' well-being and our customers' short- and long-term growth," says Kujtim Salihu, CEO of Zivi.
COO Faton Mustafa highlights the significance of the collective agreement for Zivi’s customers:
"Our customers are not just looking for high-quality services but also for partners who share their values on sustainability and ethics. With this agreement, we strengthen our organization in a way that benefits our customers' businesses – through more secure and engaged employees who can deliver with the highest quality and efficiency."
He adds:
"Investing in our employees is a direct investment in our customers' success. We are now even better positioned to meet the high standards set by large enterprises, from operational quality to a sustainable and transparent supply chain. This is a key foundation for our long-term relationships with our customers."
Through this agreement, Zivi reaffirms its commitment to innovation and responsibility, further solidifying its position as a trusted partner for major companies.
With a strong focus on creating value for both customers and employees, Zivi looks forward to building even stronger partnerships with its collaborators in 2025 and beyond.
