Zivi strengthens Academy and Innovation – Katya Grönroos appointed as Regional Manager
Zivi strengthens its offering to automotive, fleet, and mobility customers by appointing Katya Grönroos as Regional Manager, with responsibility for the Academy and Innovation Center. The appointment is a strategic step in Zivi’s ambition to combine the industry’s best-trained employees with cutting-edge products and services – helping customers operate more efficiently and with greater cost control.
Katya brings extensive experience in operational leadership, training, and customer-facing operations. Most recently, she comes from Carglass Sweden, where over nearly nine years she developed structures, training programs, and ways of working in large-scale operations with high demands on quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
As Regional Manager, Katya is responsible for further developing Zivi’s Academy as the foundation for consistent quality and efficient delivery. Through structured onboarding, continuous competence development, and clear quality standards, Zivi ensures that customers meet well-trained teams delivering predictable results – regardless of market or assignment.
In parallel, Katya leads the development of Zivi’s Innovation Center, focusing on products, services, and methods that reduce downtime, lower total cost of ownership, and strengthen customers’ sustainability efforts. Innovation is driven close to operational reality and quickly translated into tangible customer value.
