European Automotive Retail Group Selects Zivi to Harmonize Car Care Operations

One of Europe’s leading used car retailers is launching a multi-year transformation program to harmonize and modernize its car care processes. Zivi has been chosen as a strategic partner to drive the shift toward a more sustainable, efficient, and profitable operating model.

One of Europe’s leading used car retailers has initiated an extensive effort to harmonize its car care processes. The project will be executed gradually and in several phases as part of a multi-year transformation initiative, where existing internal and external solutions will be replaced by a unified, modern, and sustainable structure.

Zivi has been selected as the strategic partner to lead and enable this transformation, a change driven by clear objectives: lower environmental impact, greater efficiency, and the unlocking of aftersales revenue potential.

The first key driver concerns environmental and infrastructure impact. With Zivi’s waterless technology and mobile services, not only are water consumption and CO₂ emissions significantly reduced, but the need for oil separators, complex wastewater systems, and large parking areas is also eliminated. The result is a modernization and future-proofing of facilities, reducing both environmental footprint and fixed costs – or, in many cases, increasing capacity without additional investment.

The second driver centers on efficiency and cost control. By processing vehicles within 24 hours and using significantly less material than traditional methods, the variable cost per vehicle is substantially reduced. At the same time, Zivi’s digital platform streamlines workflows and administration, allowing sales and service teams to focus on customer experience and sales rather than operational logistics.

The third driver relates to growth and profitability. The aftersales segment represents a clear yet often underutilized source of revenue. Historically, limited system support, workflow inefficiencies, and organizational constraints have restricted its potential. Zivi’s solution addresses these challenges, creating a scalable and profitable foundation for professional aftersales development.

This marks an important step toward a more sustainable, efficient, and data-driven car care industry. We see leading players now beginning to think holistically – not only about the car care process itself, but about the entire flow, cost structure, and environmental footprint. By combining our technology with our customers’ ambitions to modernize their operations, we create real business value. It’s not just about reducing costs, but about freeing up time, resources, and potential – so people can focus on what truly drives value, says Kujtim Salihu, CEO of Zivi.
